“Live for Now” PepsiCo Commercial Report

The Ask: Imagine your team was hired by a media institution or artist to provide feedback on media they produced that generated backlash. As a group, you have to select a controversial media artifact, provide an impact statement regarding the social demographic related to the artifact under discussion, and identify the problematic elements and give your advice to the institution with suggested readings and explanations.

As you can see below, my group decided to go with the unforgettable Kendall Jenner Pepsi commercial from 2017 because… that one was problematic, to say the least.

My role for the majority of this project was project management (which during this time meant making sure everyone could attend the zoom meetings) as well as research and presentation assistance.
